At Notary Know How we are driven by Integrity. We strive for excellence and professionalism in all that we do. Notary Know How is an elite educational system for Notaries in the State of Alabama. Furthermore, we aim to maintain the highest level of ethical standards and require this from our students as well. Our main goal is to exceed all expectations in the way we conduct business and seek to educate others on how to be a professional notary while providing amazing resources along the way. It is our heartfelt desire and goal to set the bar in the State of Alabama for Notary educational services and that ALL students who are certified thru our program are the most sought after by the professional and legal communities.

Dena Spinks

Co-Founder/CEO 

Notary Know How

I am an accomplished and self-motivated Administrative Professional with 25+ year’s experience with exceptional Customer Service skills. I bring this knowledge and experience with me as I perform each notarial act. I have 15 year’s experience as a Notary and I am proud to uphold the standards of a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent.

In addition, I am the co-founder of Notary Know How, an elite Notary educational system in Alabama. I am a member of The National Notary Association and The American Association of Notaries. I am commissioned in the State of Alabama. It is my pleasure and honor to help train the next generation of Notary Publics.

 

Melissa Watts

I Worked in “Corporate America” for over 20 years in Administration and Accounts Payable & Receivable and I am keenly aware of attention to detail. Having received numerous awards for excellence in customer service, I look forward to bringing that same experience to your educational journey.

I am also a member in good standing with:

  • The American Association of Notaries
  • The American Society of Notaries
  • The Notary Association of America

In addition, I am proud and honored to be the co-founder of Notary Know How, Alabama’s most prestigious notarial source for education and certification. Additionally, Melissa is a State of Alabama Licensed Insurance Producer.
